Purpose

We are dedicated to building the next generation of leaders who will inspire, engage, and empower IEP’s lasting impact in the communities it serves.

Mission

Our mission is to support the IEP’s goals by mobilizing resources and raising awareness to further the organization’s mission.

ABOUT THE ASSOCIATE BOARD

Let’s go back January 2023…

"From the moment we met the IEP team and got a chance to see what they had built, we were deeply inspired by their impact.

Their work left a lasting impression on us, particularly the impressive level of intentionality. We saw:

  • Beautifully designed and comprehensive pillars that work together to tackle the community’s core problems, not just the symptoms

  • Their focus on bolstering women and children through education, healthcare and community

  • Their commitment to deeply understanding the community they serve by co-creating necessary and curated solutions

We knew we wanted to be part of this team in some way."
